Is a featured piece still available once it appears in the collection?
Featured works are available until reserved. If a carving is claimed, we update status quickly and can suggest similar options in the featured collection.
Can I request a custom carving based on my interior project?
Yes. We accept custom commissions for collectors and designers, including size, motif, and finish direction. Share your concept, dimensions, and timeline, and we will confirm fit before scheduling.
What lead time should I expect for a custom piece?
Most commissions are completed in about 4–8 weeks, depending on carving complexity and studio queue. Time-sensitive requests are reviewed case by case before reservation is finalized.
Do you coordinate local pickup and shipping?
Yes. Pickup can be arranged in Davenport, Iowa by appointment. For U.S. delivery, we coordinate packing and insured shipping details with you before dispatch.
